![]() ![]() ![]() Let's start with July, so July before your senior year, this a really good time to not tune out of school. I'll give you one tip that you should place your focus on for every month, starting with July, right before your senior year, and going through June. Hey everybody? Cat Magoosh here, and today we'll talk about things you'll want to follow up on as you go into your senior year. If you follow through with such a program, you’re sure to wing it come senior year. In October, get your letters of recommendation from your teachers, while in November, set your mind on preparing your essays for your college applications. Prepare for your SAT and ACT and plan to sit for them in September. Take this time to also look into all the scholarships available to you. During your junior year, try and research all the schools you might be interested in applying to. Have a list of things you wish to do and organize them so that each month you’ll be having an activity to carry out. Therefore, a piece of advice for high school seniors would start as early as junior year. ![]() It can be a bit overwhelming, especially if you’re trying to beat deadlines. ![]() This is also the year where you’re applying to colleges, and you’re up and down trying to get everything in order before you submit your applications to the colleges of your dreams. The reason that it flies by so fast is that the workload in senior year tends to increase. Senior year of high school flies by quite first, and if you blink, you might miss it. ![]()
